📄 Service Policies

⏱ Time & Pricing Policy

Rates are based on time reserved, not solely on minutes spent walking. Once a visit has begun, the service is fulfilled even if conditions require adjustments. No refunds or discounts are issued for shortened walks due to weather, safety, or pet behavior.

🌦 Weather Policy

Walks will be attempted as scheduled whenever weather conditions allow. In cases of heavy rain, snow, extreme heat, icy conditions, or other unsafe weather, outdoor time may be shortened for the safety and comfort of the dog and sitter. When a full walk is not possible, a potty break and basic care will be provided instead. Safety always comes first.

🏠 Owner-Home Policy

Dog walking and drop-in services may be provided while the owner is home. When an owner is present, services are limited to the scheduled walk or potty break only. Indoor playtime or extended companionship is not provided while the owner is home.

🐾 Multiple Pets & Special Care

Pricing includes up to 2 pets unless otherwise discussed. Rates may vary for households with multiple pets, high-energy dogs, or special care needs. All medical, behavioral, or handling concerns must be disclosed prior to booking.

🛑 Safety & Right to Refuse Service

For safety reasons, services may be modified or declined if a pet's behavior presents a risk to the sitter, the pet, or the public.
